Replace An Existing Installed Firewall

Instructions to replace an existing Meraki Firewall using Church Network Manager (CNM).
1. Login to CNM.ChurchofJesusChrist.org
2. Locate the Firewall that you want to replace by searching for the Property Name, or Number or Firewall Serial Number.
3. Click on the Property Name
4. Click on the Firewall serial number
5. Click on “Menu” in the upper righthand corner of the CNM screen
6. Click on “Replace (RMA) on the menu
7. Enter the new Firewall Serial number
