Wiki syntax does not allow redirects outside of the wiki. I would suggest that the site settings be changed so that the link directs readers to the main LDSTech Privacy Policy. --Steve 11:35, 16 May 2009 (UTC)

- I think this still needs looking at. The link in the footer still links to LDSTech:Privacy_policy rather than http://tech.lds.org/termsofuse?option=2, plus the formatting is less than ideal. --Steve 14:26, 16 May 2009 (UTC)
- You must be using some skin other than the LDSTech skin, which has no footer. But I think I have the footer fixed now, even for other skins. -- Aebrown 16:28, 16 May 2009 (UTC)
- Yes I am using another skin. The footer now reads better, but Privacy Policy is no longer a link. Would you change the content of MediaWiki:Privacypage to be purely the URL http://tech.lds.org/termsofuse?option=2 Thanks. --Steve 16:49, 16 May 2009 (UTC)
- It didn't work to set that page to be a URL (after I made that change, following the Privacy Policy link went to a new page with title "http://tech.lds.org/termsofuse?option=2". So I changed it to be simply "LDSTech:Privacy_Policy" and that works (although it does require one extra click to get to the actual policy. -- Aebrown 17:47, 16 May 2009 (UTC)
