Foreign language blogging

When doing foreign language blogging, or rather writing a blog in a foreign language, there are a few different things that you may need to be aware of when setting up a blog in a foreign language. The main one is that you should be reasonably proficient in the language, and have the tools on your computer (such as knowledge of how to generate special characters that are different than what would be in a standard English character set, or use a non-Romanic character set like that used for Russian, Chinese, Arabic, etc.

Some blogging software will accommodate foreign languages better than others, so before you download or in some cases purchase software, be sure it will actually work properly and show things the way they should in your chosen language.
