Can no longer sign in with iPhone

For years I’ve been logging into my church account from my iPhone. Recently, I was unable to login without adding add’l authentication methods. I would have LastPass auto fill my username and password and then added biometrics (FaceID). It was working fine until today when LastPass stopped filling in my username/password, so I had to copy/paste my creds (ok). Then the sign in asked me to add another method for auth. I used Google Authenticator, but then it asked for biometrics, which are not working:

* It tries to create a passkey in LastPass but that fails.
* Then I try to use iPhone and it throws me a QR code (which I can’t scan with my iPhone while I’m using it to set up). I took a screenshot and sent to my computer and try to scan with my iPhone but it times out.

So, I’m unable to login with my iPhone, making life very difficult when I need to check my church account on the run, like now when I’m trying to find my temple ordinance worker schedule for tonight and I’m out on a soccer field.
