This was posted today in the finance section of LCR:

"If there are technical difficulties that prevent access to the Finance menu from Leader and Clerk Resources (lcr.churchofjesuschrist.org), users may log on directly to the finance application by entering lcrf.churchofjesuschrist.org in the browser."
